« Personal data« : any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (« data subject »); an identifiable person is a physical person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference in particular to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more characteristic elements of their  physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

When you visit our website for information purposes only, we automatically collect certain information relating to your browsing, in order to verify the operation of the website, to guarantee you the best browsing experience possible and to increase the quality of our services.

In the course of normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the proper functioning of the website collect certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in browsing websites. 3) PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING.

The data collected will be processed for the following purposes:

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 par. 1 letter f): legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

  1. b) Data collection through forms on the ”Contact Us” page: to respond to user requests by e-mail and/or forms on the website.

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 par. 1 letter b): for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the performance of pre-contractual measures also adopted at the request of the data subject.

  1. c) Data collection through forms on the « Web Quotation » page: in order to respond to requests sent by the data subject for a quotation on the services provided, by filling in the form.

  1. d) to establish, exercise or defend a right in court.

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 par. 1 letter f): legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

  1. e) Data collection through the « Work with us » form. Evaluation of the profile and CV for the purposes of personnel search and selection, in order to establish a possible working relationship with the data subject. The data collected may include both identification and/or contact data (e.g., name and surname, date and place of birth, address, telephone number, etc.) and data relating to your education, qualifications and professional history – in particular by uploading your CV/cover letter.

Please do not provide ”special” data, which can only be processed on the basis of consent. ”Special” data are considered to be personal data revealing, by way of example, racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-unionist character, as well as personal data disclosing health or sex life.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 par. 1 letter b): ”processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request”.

4) PROCESSING MODALITIES

The data processing will be carried out using manual and/or computerised and electronic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures envisaged by the provisions in force.

5) NATURE OF DATA CONFERMENT

Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data in dedicated areas on the site. The provision of personal data in some cases is necessary and/or compulsory, in order to perfect specific functionalities and use the services offered by the Data Controller through the website. Failure to provide personal data may make it impossible to obtain the service requested or to use the services offered by the website.

6) DATA RETENTION

In general, Personal Data shall be stored for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including the storage period required by applicable legislation and, in any case, for a maximum period of 10 years from the termination of the relationship with the Data Controller, except in the event that the Data Controller needs to defend its own right in court. The data collected through the « Work with us » form will be kept for 24 months from the date of registration and from the date of receipt of the curriculum vitae and/or from the end of the selection process if unsuccessful, in order to allow the company to evaluate your application for other positions, unless you expressly request not to be considered any further.

7) RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be communicated to third parties who carry out activities necessary for the provision of the services offered by the website, who will process the data in their capacity as Data Processors (art. 28 of the Regulation). Specifically, the data will be processed by:

– Companies and consultants, in the field of assistance and consultancy;

– Subjects that provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks, including the management of e-mail, newsletters and the website;

The list of Data Processors is available at the Data Controller’s head office.

The data may also be communicated to the competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

The personal data will not be disseminated.

8) DATA TRANSFER ABROAD

For the purposes indicated above, Personal Data will be processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Should they be transferred to Third Countries, in the absence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the requirements established by the applicable legislation on the transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses provided by the European Commission, will be complied with.

9) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You may assert your rights as expressed in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of the Regulation, by requesting at any time, from the Data Controller, access to your Personal Data, rectification, deletion of the same, restriction of processing and portability of your data, where applicable. In addition, you have the right to object or revoke your consent, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation.

Complaint

This privacy policy may be amended and/or supplemented as a result of any subsequent regulatory changes and/or additions, updates or the provision of new services or technological innovations.
