Once the translation has been done the Quality Manager, in tandem with the Project Manager, ensures that all checks on terminology, uniformity of language, spelling etc. are carried out and provides for any corrections.
The result of this work phase is always sent back to the translator for review. This interchange involves a stimulus, for both internal staff and translators, towards continuous training, and in practice the outcome is the reduction of errors to an infinitesimal percentage, very close to zero.
Lastly the project undergoes a further global reading and spelling check.
