Negotiation (the most common):Carried out in the presence of the parties concerned. The interpreter listens and translates piece by piece. The fee is usually on a half-day or full-day basis. In some cases, for services carried out near our headquarters, we can also offer an hourly rate of less than a half-day (min. 2 hours). The maximum working day is 8 hours (supplementary charge for overtime). Working time is calculated from the moment of the interpreter’s departure to his/her return.

Consecutive:

Carried out in the physical presence of those concerned. The interpreter listens and takes notes, subsequently translating for the listeners. 1 interpreter is required for each target language. The service of only 1 interpreter for two languages (cross) is permissible only for 4 hours. The working day is 7 hours and cannot be split.

Simultaneous:

Carried out in a specially equipped cabin. 2 interpreters are required for each language. A single interpreter can work only for 1 hour. The working day is 7 hours and cannot be split.

Chuchotage:

Simultaneous translation whispered to the listener without the aid of equipment. Two interpreters are required for a full working day. One interpreter alone cannot work for more than 2 hours. The working day is 7 hours and cannot be split.
